#OOTD: Casual

Thursday, January 29, 2015

Yes, I finally mustered up the courage to attempt an actual outfit of the day post. I had my sister assist by being my photographer for the day, so shout out to her. ;D

I wasn't really sure how to go about it. I didn't know what I was supposed to show, what poses to do, what expressions to use...whew! It was intense! Now I'm not sure what the correct text to image ratio is so I'll just go with whatever feels right. (;

Long hair, don't care?

First off, I must say I was quite feeling my hair today. (-: Although it can be hard to handle at times, it was on its best behavior for the shoot.

This is so awkward for me.

Am I a model yet?
WOOH! BOOTS!

On to the outfit! This is one of my go to looks for Fall/Winter. I basically live in my military jacket and combat boots. o; My style is very simple, as you can probably tell. I'm not much of an accessory person but I absolutely love layering! I'd usually add a chunky infinity scarf to this outfit and put my hair up in a messy bun, but I decided to go even simpler and leave my hair down (not something I do often!) Although, I did add a watch, which is super new for me.

Please excuse my goosebumps and redness. It was a bit chillier than I expected. ;p

I had been wanting a watch for quite a while. I've been going to a lot of meetings lately, and since it's not polite to have your phone out, it's useful to have a watch! My sister got me this gem for Christmas. :D It's a bit chunkier than I expected, but I'm slowly getting used to it and learning how to style it with my outfits.

So difficult to take myself seriously.

THE LOOK

Until next time...

P.S.: All you fashion bloggers make this look so easy. D:
